Where to get Free Halal Meals in Queens
To find a hot meal in New York City, click here. The link will take you to the DOE’s Community Meals tool, which has been connecting New Yorkers to hot meals served out of local schools since the start of the pandemic. You do not need to make an appointment or show ID to eat at any of these sites
Each of these Community Meal sites serves halal (and kosher) options. However, the options at most locations are very limited. According to the DOE website, you can get expanded Halal options at select sites throughout the city. The Queens locations serving expanded Halal meals are listed below, along with their hours.
