On April 15, Food Bank for New York City and Islamic Relief USA served free grab-and-go Iftar meals to neighbors celebrating Ramadan. There were distribution centers in all five boroughs, including Queens. The meals, prepared by local halal truck Tajeen, consisted of chicken and beef gyros with rice and salad.

If you missed out on the 15th, don’t worry! You can pick up free Iftar meals in Jamaica, Queens on any of the following dates. Tajeen will provide a different halal meal each day.
