Busy on the Weekdays? These Food Pantries Operate on the Weekends

As much as I like Love Wins Food Pantry, I admit that there are limits to the good it can do. One such limit is that it takes place on Friday mornings, when many people are at work. This time slot works for most of our volunteers and recipients, but not all.

Lucky for you, Love Wins Food Pantry is not the only resource for free food in Western Queens. The ones listed below operate on Saturday and Sunday, rather than during the work week. So if your work schedule doesn’t let you pay us a visit, just know that you have other options.

For a detailed list of more food pantries and soup kitchens in Western Queens, please visit the Resources tab at the top of this page.
